The room was fresh and very clean. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was self-service. The hotel is a short walk to the tube and a bus stop is right outside. I did like it and want to recommend it to everyone.

The location is REALLY good for tourism. A PARK is located right across the street from the building. It makes going out and doing sightseeing a lot easier than before.

The room faced out toward the park. I enjoyed modern en-suite and a comfortable bed. It was a great experience, and I slept well every night in the hotel.

the location was very convenient, just across the street from kensington gardens. the room had a recent upgrade with a new carpet. the staff were friendly and provided helpful service throughout my stay.
the shower had very little water pressure, made showering difficult.
